A Search Built Around What the Role Actually Needs

We challenge the brief, test it against the market, and introduce a  manageable group of people worth meeting — with one consultant following the search from kickoff to onboarding.

How it works

From Brief to Offer in Four Stages

01
Kickoff and Brief

We sit down with the hiring manager, pressure-test the brief, and agree what good actually looks like.

02
Search and Outreach

We map the market, approach passive candidates directly, and report back on what the salary band is really buying.

03
Shortlist and Interviews

You receive a short, ranked shortlist with full context, and we keep interviews and feedback moving on schedule.

04
Offer and Onboarding

We handle the offer, counter-offers and notice period, then check in through the first ninety days.

Asked Questions

Common questions

How is this different from posting on a job board?

A job board waits for applicants. We map the market, approach people who are not actively looking, and only introduce candidates who fit the brief.

What kind of hiring can you support?

Permanent, contract, and executive roles across technology, healthcare, finance, marketing, and operations — from a single hire to a full team build.

Can I send my resume without applying for a specific job?

Yes. Send your CV through the candidate page and we will keep it on file, then contact you when a role matching your skills and salary range opens.

Will candidates know which company is hiring?

In most searches, yes. For confidential or executive briefs we share the sector and team context first, and name the company once you agree to proceed.

Can Talentra be used by a specialist recruitment agency?

Yes. It works for generalist agencies, niche specialists, and in-house talent teams — the roles, sectors, and profiles are all editable through the CMS.

What does this cost?

Fees are agreed per search, based on the seniority of the role and whether it is permanent or contract. You get the full breakdown before any work starts.
